Overall it was fully-equipped with comfortable beds. Perfect and convenient location to have dinner in the hotel's restaurant, met standards.

had a brand-new family room, which allowed us to enjoy astonishing view to the surrounding mountains. greatly enjoyed that we had a safe and a sofa sleeper. the location was perfect and peaceful, opposite the train station and easy to find. on the whole good food; yo was in the vicinity.

It was just fair. The location suited our needs as it was close to St. Gotthard's Pass and other areas we were exploring on our motorcycles. The parking for the bikes was ok and that was important. There were few places to eat close by. The hotel food was overly expensive for the setting, area, etc. So, we chose to eat at a pizzeria nearby, which was excellent. The rooms were adequate, but old. Good enough for a one night stay.

Had brand-new room with a comfy bed, so I slept well. The location was unbeatable, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Cinema Leventina. Set in 5 minutes' walk to downtown, and the staff were excellent and accommodating...
